What is Offered:
- Monthly Videos, Webinars, and Research: Delve into insightful discussions and well-researched topics related to Wellness and the Outdoors. Our emphasis on collective learning encourages enriching discussions and deeper understanding within a dynamic community.
- Society Trail Outings: Every month, members have the unique opportunity to connect in person through invigorating outdoor experiences, such as day hikes, plant walks, or winter activities such as cross country skiing or snowshoeing.
- Society Monthly Meetup: Monthly meet-ups take place in welcoming coffee houses and other public spaces, providing an open platform to share tales of wellness journeys and outdoor escapades, thereby fortifying bonds and fostering a tightly-knit Society.
- Interview Podcasts and Trail Insights: Immerse yourself in a fascinating interview podcast series featuring guest experts and share valuable trail reviews and recommendations, enhancing your outdoor adventures.

Hungry Heart Quests (HHQ) offers a progressive journey of self-discovery, skill-building, and outdoor exploration. With a focus on gradual development, participants are invited to engage in three levels of quests designed to enhance outdoor skills, foster community, and empower holistic wellness. Through expert-guided coaching, virtual sessions, and hands-on learning, HHQ provides a transformative path towards foundational well-being.
What is Offered:
- Progressive Quests: HHQ features three levels of quests, each building on skills and experiences for gradual growth.
- Group Coaching: Begin with virtual health coaching sessions, focusing on participants goals and emphasizing community cohesion.
- Backpacking Experience: Culminate each level with a short backpacking trip, where acquired skills are tested and applied in a cooperative setting.
- Safe and Enjoyable Learning: Acquire fundamental skills for outdoor safety, gear preparation, and comfortable enjoyment while fostering a sense of community and well-being.
- Holistic Approach: HHQ offers a comprehensive approach to wellness, combining physical, mental, and communal aspects.
- Customizable Learning: Participants can repeat levels based on their comfort, competency, and enjoyment.
- Empowerment Through Nature: HHQ recognizes the healing potential of nature, encouraging participants to embrace outdoor exposure as an avenue towards growth.
I'd like to emphasize that Quests are not designed for use by Corporate Entities seeking team-building activities. HHQ is tailored for individuals, friends, and newcomers aiming to engage in wellness and outdoor learning within a community setting. Participants must be 18 years or older.
